How does your commission work?
We work on a percentage of bookings that are actually paid out: 20% of the revenue generated, with no fixed monthly fee and no setup charge.
Can I still use the property whenever I want?
Always: you can block any period in the calendar for your own use, with no minimum notice and no cost.
Do you manage Booking.com as well?
Yes: we list on both Airbnb and Booking.com, with calendars synced automatically.
How long does it take to get started?
Usually a few days: after the visit and the free estimate we prepare the listings and photos and publish on Airbnb and Booking.com. If you already have an active listing, we take it over without losing its reviews or history.
Who handles cleaning, check-in and guests?
We do: professional cleaning and fresh linen at every changeover, check-in and check-out coordinated, and guest support in several languages with a reply within minutes, seven days a week.
How am I paid, and when do I get the reports?
Payouts go straight to your account through the platforms. At the end of each month you receive a clear report, line by line: bookings, gross revenue, our commission and your net.
Do you handle the CIN, police registration and tourist tax?
Yes: the CIN, guest registration with the police through Alloggiati Web and the tourist tax are all included and handled by us, with deadlines and payments always met.
