AirRooms is the name of the rooms AirAffitti manages in Olbia. There are three of them, each sleeping two, each with a private bathroom, a king-size bed, air conditioning and self check-in. They are deliberately similar: what changes is what is in the room and how you get in.
If you are looking for an apartment with a kitchen rather than a room, the page you want is all our places to stay in Olbia.
The three rooms
AirRooms Standard
A room with a private bathroom and a walk-in shower — no step, no screen to climb over. Fourteen amenities included, among them a safe, a fridge, a coffee machine and a kettle. It is a few minutes from Olbia town centre, and it is set up for working remotely during a stay.
AirRooms Superior
The most complete of the three: a fridge, a safe and a coffee machine in the room, plus a kettle, a hairdryer and toiletries. Fourteen amenities, private bathroom with a modern shower. Also a few minutes from the centre.
AirRooms King Deluxe
The most self-sufficient one. Entry is by keypad: no keys to hand over and no fixed times, so it works for late arrivals. It has free on-street parking nearby and a large walk-in shower. It is 10 minutes from the airport and 15 from the town centre.
The differences at a glance

What they share
All three have: a king-size bed, a private bathroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a coffee machine, a kettle, a hairdryer, toiletries and self check-in. Linen is included in each.
None of them has a kitchen: they are rooms, not apartments. If you need to cook, look at the apartment near the town centre or Gio & Pietrina.
Where they are
Standard and Superior are a short distance from Olbia’s old town, the port and the airport, with restaurants, bars and supermarkets right nearby: they are the ones that work best without a car. King Deluxe is closer to the airport, about ten minutes away, and has on-street parking.

Who they suit
Each sleeps two, so they suit couples and solo travellers. Standard and Superior also work for business trips and remote working; King Deluxe for anyone arriving at an awkward hour who would rather not depend on a key handover.
A family needs more beds: for that, look at the apartment near the town centre, which sleeps four in two separate bedrooms.
How to book
