Our story
It started with one apartment
AirAffitti grew out of Simone’s own experience, which began with putting an apartment in Olbia on Airbnb. The early days were an education: messages at midnight, prices set wrong, check-ins squeezed between one commitment and the next.
Those mistakes turned into skills: dynamic pricing, fast communication, cleaning organised the way a hotel does it. Then friends and neighbours started asking for help with their own homes.
That is where AirAffitti comes from: not an agency with dozens of staff, not an automated platform — a tailored service, run by someone local.
